Terms of Supply

2.1 About the Website

This website is an information catalogue and enquiry tool run by JGMS Crackers. It is not an online store. You cannot buy or pay on this website. A sale happens only if and when we confirm it with you directly and you complete it at our licensed premises.

2.2 Licences

JGMS Crackers holds valid licences for the storage and sale of fireworks and crackers as required under the Explosives Rules and local police or fire permissions. Sale is made only from our licensed premises and only of products that are legally permitted. Licence details are available on request at our depot.

2.3 Who Can Use This Website and Buy

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Crackers will not be sold to minors.
• We may ask for proof of age and identity at collection.
• We may refuse any enquiry or sale where the law, a licence condition, or safety concerns require it.

2.4 Enquiries Are Not Orders

• Building a list and sending it on WhatsApp is an enquiry only. It is not an order, a booking, or a promise of supply.
• We confirm availability, current prices and collection options by reply. A sale is concluded only when we confirm it and you complete it in person.
• Opening WhatsApp is not the same as sending your enquiry. Your enquiry reaches us only when you press Send in WhatsApp.

2.5 Product Information

• Product names, images and descriptions are for guidance. Actual packaging, appearance and contents may differ.
• We show prices only where verified. Prices and availability can change and are confirmed by us at the time of enquiry.
• Product quantities, units and package details are as confirmed by us.
• Combo contents are as confirmed by us at the time of sale.

2.6 Legally Permitted Products Only

We aim to sell only products permitted by law, including green crackers where required. Joined or series crackers and other restricted items are not sold where they are banned. Rules differ by state and can change. If a product appears on the website but is not legally allowed in your area, we will not sell it to you.

2.7 Collection and Delivery

Products are handed over at our licensed depot, Belathur, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu 635103. We do not ship crackers by post or courier. Delivery, if ever offered, is subject to law and licence conditions and only as confirmed by us in writing. Collection timings and any seasonal arrangements are confirmed by us.

2.8 Payment

There is no payment on this website. Payment terms, accepted modes and invoices are confirmed at the time of sale at our premises.

2.9 Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because crackers are explosive products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once handed over, except where we supplied a damaged or wrong item and you inform us before leaving or within a reasonable period with proof. Cancellation of a confirmed sale before collection is as agreed with us at the time.

2.10 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide correct information.
• Use crackers only as the law allows: permitted hours (currently 8 pm to 10 pm in Karnataka, and as local orders state), permitted places, and not near hospitals, schools, courts, places of worship, or crowded or fuel areas.
• Follow the safety instructions on the Safety Notice and on each product.
• Not resell, store or transport crackers in breach of any law.

2.11 Safety and Risk

Crackers are dangerous if misused. You use them at your own risk and must follow the Safety Notice.

2.12 Intellectual Property

The website design, logo, text and images belong to JGMS Crackers or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

2.13 Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the website, try to break or overload it, send false or abusive enquiries, or use it for anything unlawful.

2.14 Limits of Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• The website is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or error free.
• We are not liable for losses from your use of the website, from price or availability changes, or from delays in WhatsApp or the internet.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, and nothing limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2.15 Third-Party Services

WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and similar services have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

2.16 Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law. You may contact us first on WhatsApp so we can try to resolve the issue.
